Orders typically ship within 2-7 business days for custom metal signs, and delivery within the US takes an additional 2-7 business days via USPS or UPS. During peak seasons or high demand, shipping may take a little longer, but we aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

We prioritise fast, safe, and high-quality delivery. Each of our metal signs is crafted with care, and we ensure they are securely packaged in industrial-grade boxes to protect them during shipping. Our products are proudly made in our factory in Indiana, USA, and we currently ship within the United States only. We look forward to expanding internationally in the future!

Attempted Deliveries

For security and the value of our products, a signature may be required upon delivery. Shipping companies like USPS and UPS will attempt delivery up to 3 times. After 3 failed attempts, the package may be returned or destroyed by the shipping company at their discretion. We will not be liable in such cases.

After your order leaves our facility, you'll receive an email notification with tracking information. Please ensure your email address is provided when placing your order for timely updates.

Tracking Information

If your tracking information isn’t available immediately, please allow 2-5 business days for the shipping carrier’s system to update. If you have not received any tracking information after 5 days, feel free to contact us.

Multiple Packages

In some cases, items from the same order may be shipped in separate packages for logistical reasons.
