SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
Thank you for shopping with us! The following page explains important information about our shipping process.
Production Time
All of our products are custom-made to order. Production typically takes 1–5 business days (with an average of 3 business days). Once production is complete, your order will be shipped.
Shipping Time
After finishing production, your order will be delivered within 2–7 business days. Delivery time depends entirely on the carrier and your location. Please note that this estimate may vary during peak seasons or high-demand periods. If you selected Expedited Processing or FedEx 2-Day Delivery at checkout, your order will be prioritized accordingly.
We make it a priority that your order is quickly processed and safely delivered. Each item is custom packaged using industrial-grade boxes, and we incur additional costs to ensure carriers handle every package with care throughout the transport process.
Our shipping charges are determined by your order amount. At this time, we ship only within the USA, but we plan to expand internationally in the future.
Attempted Deliveries
Our shipping providers such as UPS and FedEx have strict delivery policies. A signature may be required on orders due to the size and value of the items. Delivery will generally be attempted up to 3 times before being returned to the shipping facility. In cases where the delivery is unsuccessful after 3 attempts, the shipping companies may dispose of the package at their discretion. We will not be liable for such cases.
Duties & Taxes
You will be liable for all import duties, customs, and taxes (if applicable). These fees are not controlled by Precious Engraved. Please contact your local customs office for more details if you are unsure about the charges.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification with tracking details. Please make sure to provide a valid email address when placing your order.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some carriers, it may take 2–5 business days for tracking information to update. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same order may occasionally be shipped in separate packages, even if you selected combined shipping.
