Refund & Replacement Policy

At Precious Engraved, every item is custom-made specifically for each customer. Because of this, we do not accept general returns or refunds once an order has been produced.

No Returns Policy

We do not require customers to return products. Returning items would require you to spend additional money on shipping and would create unnecessary costs for both sides. Instead, if there is an issue that is our fault, we will resolve it directly without asking you to send the item back.

Personalized Products

All personalized products are made exactly according to the information provided by the customer at checkout.

Please carefully review your personalization details before placing your order.

  • If incorrect information was entered by the customer (spelling, dates, names, design selections, etc.), we cannot offer a refund or replacement.
  • If you notice a mistake after placing the order, you must contact us immediately before production begins.
  • If no contact is made and the item is produced based on the information provided, the order will be considered correct and final.

Issues Caused By Our Mistake

If a product contains an error caused by our team (such as incorrect engraving, manufacturing defect, or production mistake), we will take full responsibility.

In these cases we will offer one of the following options:

  • Free Replacement — We will produce and ship a new corrected item at no cost.
  • Full Refund — If you prefer a refund instead of a replacement.

You will not be required to return the original item. You are welcome to keep it or use it as a decorative piece.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Missing Accessories

If your package is missing accessories or small parts, please contact us and we will do our best to send the missing items to you as quickly as possible.

Shipping Responsibility

Our responsibility for the shipment ends once the package has been handed over to the carrier and marked as shipped.

  • If shipping insurance is purchased, the order will be covered in case of loss or theft.
  • If shipping insurance is not purchased, we cannot be responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or marked as delivered by the carrier.
