Return Policy at Precious Engraved

At Precious Engraved, customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance. We offer a fair return policy to ensure your peace of mind when shopping with us.

Return Period:

  • Non-Personalized Products: Customers have 14 days from the date of receiving their order to initiate a return.
  • Personalized Products: Due to their custom nature, personalized products cannot be returned unless there's an error on our part.

Return Process:

  1. Contact Us: If you wish to initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within the return period at Ensure you include your order information in your correspondence.
  2. Return Label:
  3. For Defective Products: If the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way, you can download/print the return label at no additional cost.
  4. For Customer Remorse: If you no longer want the product, purchased the wrong item, or it doesn't fit, you can download/print the return label for a fee of $5.

Product Conditions:

  • We accept returns for products that are in new condition (unopened, in original packaging, and never used).
  • We currently do not accept returns for used items, unless the product was received defective or damaged.

Refunds: Once we receive your returned item, inspect it, and approve the refund, we will automatically apply the refund to your original method of payment. Refunds can take 3-5 business days depending on your account holder's processing time.


  • Personalized items cannot be returned unless there's an error on our part.
  • Refunds will not be processed for:
  • Non-defective products based on our design.
  • Issues caused by third-party carriers.
  • Requests made 14 days after receipt.
  • Customer errors, such as providing a wrong address.
  • Circumstances outside our control.

Replacements: We offer replacements for items that are misspelled by us, defective, or damaged. Please contact our customer service team with necessary details to facilitate this.
