Ordered an item. Arrived with one of the letters missing a portion. Replied to an email from the owner. He was very supportive. He had a replacement piece made. Either the company or the USPS screwed up because I never got it when they said it would be here. Again I emailed the owner. He said they’d send it FedEx 2 day. Christmas Eve I noticed a $29.95 charge on my debit card from the company. (Still without a suitable replacement for a gift for Christmas). If they think I’m paying $29.95 for FedEx delivery that I did not ask for and did not get delivered until after Christmas they will be sorry.

One small issue was that I got notice of a USPS Tracking number that was never picked up at their store, so was afraid that I wouldn't get in time to give as a Christmas present but it arrived by FedEx just in time.

Overall quality and construction is great and well done.....however none of this matters when they forgot to add the holes (pictured in all of the ones shown) for attachment/hanging.
