How long does it take to process and ship my order?

Our team works diligently to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.

We have two main categories:

For personalized metal signs, it may take an additional 5-10 business days to craft your product.
For all other items such as necklace or bracelet, it may take an additional 2-5 business days to craft your product.

Standard shipping times within the U.S. typically range from 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location.

What is your return and refund policy?

We take pride in the quality of our products, but if you encounter any issues with your order, please contact our customer support within 30 days of delivery. We'll be happy to assist you with returns, exchanges, or refunds as per our policy.

Where does Precious Engraved ship from?

We are a US-based company operating with several fulfillment centers around the world. We have warehouses in some European countries, the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, China, and Canada.

All orders are shipped from the warehouse closest to the shipping address as long as it has sufficient stock.

Why has my order tracking status not been updated? What should I do?

Tracking information may not be updated immediately for some reasons, such as:

- The tracking number has just been created. After being sent out, your tracking number will need up to 7 business days to be updated due to delays between the scanning process and the website's updates.

- The package may not be scanned until it reaches the regional hub near the destination.

- The package is in transit between the origin and the destination country. Once the package leaves the origin country the tracking information will not be updated until it reaches the destination country.

We suggest waiting for 5-7 business days & recheck the tracking link after that. However, if your tracking status has not been updated for over 10 business days, please contact us to be supported right away.

Love the piece but have issues with the service

Ordered an item. Arrived with one of the letters missing a portion. Replied to an email from the owner. He was very supportive. He had a replacement piece made. Either the company or the USPS screwed up because I never got it when they said it would be here. Again I emailed the owner. He said they’d send it FedEx 2 day. Christmas Eve I noticed a $29.95 charge on my debit card from the company. (Still without a suitable replacement for a gift for Christmas). If they think I’m paying $29.95 for FedEx delivery that I did not ask for and did not get delivered until after Christmas they will be sorry.
