If your order is lost during transit, our Precious Engraved Package Protection (available for purchase) has you covered. We’ve established a straightforward claims process to ensure you receive the assistance you need. Simply file a claim within 72 hours of the estimated delivery date, and we’ll guide you through the steps to resolve the issue.
Product Damaged in Transit:
We understand how disappointing it can be to receive a damaged product. With our protection plan, we are here to help. If your item arrives damaged, our Precious Engraved Package Protection (available for purchase) will ensure a solution. Start a claim within 72 hours of receiving the product, and we will work with you to arrange a replacement or repair.

- Our package protection is available for purchase at the time of placing your order. Please opt in if you wish to take advantage of its benefits.
- Claims must be reported within 72 hours of delivery to promptly address any issues.
- Each item covered under our protection plan is eligible for one replacement or repair.
- For damaged products, please provide clear images of the defective item to help expedite the claims process. Our Customer Support Team will assist you with the most effective way to submit images.

Return and Exchange Policy:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. Here’s our simple and hassle-free process for returns and exchanges:
Unworn and unwashed merchandise can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the original order date, provided it is accompanied by original tags and packaging.
Please note, custom metal signs cannot be returned or exchanged as they are made-to-order.
How to Return or Exchange an Item:
To begin the returns process, email our Customer Support Team at support@preciousengraved.com with the following information:
- Name
- Order Number
- A photo of the defective/incorrect item
- Reason for return or refund
Once your request is received, we will review it and provide feedback within 24-48 hours. If approved, we will send you a return label via email. Please use this label to package your return and drop it off at a UPS facility. Do not return items to the original shipping address.
When we receive your return at our warehouse, we can:
- Refund your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
- Send a replacement item within 72 hours.
Note: We do not accept returns or exchanges for custom metal signs. A 30% restocking fee applies to custom apparel, flags, and other custom design items.
