Sign is very nice but we just received it. It took a month for the postal service to get it to me was not happy about that and the fact I couldn’t get ahold of anyone on your end to find out about it. Was under the impression that I was scammed. I would find another way to ship your product to the customer. USPS sucks.
This was a special order. Supplier went above and beyond to exceed my expectation. Highest quality, sturdy material, for inside and outside. I have ordered before and have recommended to friends.

My sign supposed to be 30”X30”, I wonder why it’s shorter 2” than it should be

Ordered an item. Arrived with one of the letters missing a portion. Replied to an email from the owner. He was very supportive. He had a replacement piece made. Either the company or the USPS screwed up because I never got it when they said it would be here. Again I emailed the owner. He said they’d send it FedEx 2 day. Christmas Eve I noticed a $29.95 charge on my debit card from the company. (Still without a suitable replacement for a gift for Christmas). If they think I’m paying $29.95 for FedEx delivery that I did not ask for and did not get delivered until after Christmas they will be sorry.
