Orders typically ship within 2–7 business days for custom metal signs. Delivery within the U.S. takes an additional 2–7 business days via FedEx or UPS. During peak seasons or high demand, shipping may take a little longer, but we aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

We prioritize fast, safe, and high-quality delivery. Each metal sign is crafted with care and securely packaged in industrial-grade boxes to protect it during transit. All products are proudly made in our factory in Indiana, USA. We currently ship within the United States only and look forward to expanding internationally in the future!

Attempted Deliveries

For security reasons and due to the value of our products, a signature may be required upon delivery. Shipping carriers like FedEx and UPS may attempt delivery up to 3 times. After 3 failed attempts, the package may be returned or discarded at the carrier’s discretion. We are not liable for such outcomes.

After your order leaves our facility, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Please ensure your email address is accurate when placing your order.

Tracking Information

If your tracking link isn’t available right away, please allow 2–5 business days for the carrier’s system to update. If you haven’t received tracking info after 5 days, don’t hesitate to contact us.

Multiple Packages

Depending on logistics, some orders may be shipped in multiple packages.
