Return Period:

  • Non-Personalized Products: Customers have 14 days from the date of receiving their order to initiate a return.
  • Personalized Products: Due to their custom nature, personalized products cannot be returned, unless there is an error on our part (e.g., incorrect spelling, wrong product received).

Return Process:

    If you wish to initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@preciousengraved.com within the return period. Be sure to include your order information in your email.

  2. Return Label:

    • For Defective or Incorrect Products: If the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective, you can request a return label at no additional cost.
    • For Customer Remorse: If you wish to return a non-defective product (e.g., changed your mind or ordered the wrong item), you can request a return label for a $5 fee.

Product Conditions:

  • We only accept returns for products that are in new condition—unopened, in their original packaging, and unused.
  • Used items cannot be returned unless the product was received defective or damaged.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, and if the return is approved, we will automatically process a refund to your original method of payment. Refunds typically take 3-5 business days, depending on your payment provider’s processing time.

Exceptions:

  • Personalized Products: Due to their custom nature, personalized products cannot be returned unless an error occurred on our part (e.g., incorrect personalization or misspelling).
  • Refunds will not be processed for:
    • Non-defective products that match our design specifications.
    • Issues caused by third-party shipping carriers.
    • Return requests made after 14 days from receipt.
    • Customer errors such as providing an incorrect address.
    • Circumstances beyond our control.

Replacements:

We offer replacements for items that are misspelled by us, defective, or damaged during shipping. Please contact our customer service team with details and any necessary images to facilitate this process.
