Sign was supposed to say KIMāS Quilting room EST. 2000. Instead it said KINDās Guilting room. Contacted customer care did not hear back. Sign was supposed to be white instead of silver

I want to say that my experience with this company has been very enjoyable. When I purchased my sign, which was a gift for a friend, I had made an error in my punctuation, even after several protocols that were given, to make sure you are entering the correct information to the company, this was an error on my part and if this was a simple business transaction I would have had to accept my sign as is. But after contacting Bryan via email explaining what I had done, Bryan corrected my dilemma quickly and I received my new sign in
